HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
Solarus manages each clinic’s nebulizer inventory real time ensuring that each practice always has the right number and types of nebulizers necessary for your unique patient mix.
Your Solarus Client Service Representative will visit your clinic at least once each month to restock your inventory and confirm submission of the paperwork.
When the clinic prescribes a nebulizer, all that the clinic has to do is fill out a simple one-page CMN form, signed by the physician and patient or guardian.
The paperwork is faxed to Solarus and we bill the insurance company on behalf of your patients.
Solarus tracks the inventory for each clinic remotely - this helps us determine if a clinic is running low.
At this point we will make arrangements to deliver or mail you more nebulizers at no cost, if we are not scheduled to visit your clinic in the next few days.

HEALTH CARE REIMBURSMENT
Solarus bills the patient's insurance company after you provide the equipment to the patient, and we will assist your patients with any billing issues or questions that may arise.
Nebulizers are covered by insurance; however, patients may be responsible for balances as deductibles, co-pays or co-insurance. We are contracted with all Medicaid and Medicare providers, as well as most commercial insurances. See our insurance lists below.

SOLARUS MEDICAL HELPS
Our equipment and services include compressor nebulizers (with a lifetime warranty), reusable medication cups, masks and tubing. All of our equipment is easy to use, disassemble, and clean.
We collect a simple one page piece of paperwork to collect the prescription and insurance information, provide education for your staff, frequent visits from our client support team members to your office to check up on inventory, make sure the process is running smoothly.
