Our services are designed to ensure that the right equipment is there when a patient needs it most, when you or your child is ill and in immediate need of breathing treatments.

Some physician offices, pharmacies, home delivery companies, or online stores cannot provide a nebulizer on the same day, when the patient needs it the most, often resulting in a costly emergency room visit for you or your child.

By making our nebulizers available at the point of care in your physician’s office, our service helps treat patients when they need it the most to avoid emergency room visits, missed work days and missed school days.

WHAT WE DO After you receive your Nebulizer

Solarus manages all Billing & Insurance claims after the nebulizer is provided to the patient. All you have to do is provide accurate insurance information in the physician’s office on the simple 1-page form that is filled out when you receive the nebulizer from your physician or pediatrician. Your insurance company will then be billed for your equipment.

Deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance may be applied to patients with private insurance, however, Solarus offers payment plans for patients in need. Simply contact us during office hours for assistance with payment, insurance inquiries or any questions regarding the use and care of your nebulizer.

We have a customer support group that will be available to answer any questions.

WHAT WE DO ABOVE AND BEYOND

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all nebulizer products, and stand behind our products. Please give us a call at 888-994-6688 if you ever have a question or problems and be sure to not throw away equipment if is broken. If you have received a nebulizer compressor from Solarus Medical Services, in the past, and would like to know if you are eligible for a new one, please contact us during office hours.
