How We Work

  • A Solarus representative will contact you directly to learn more about you, your baby’s delivery date, and work with you to make sure you receive the right maternity equipment (Compression Socks, Blood Pressure Monitor, Pregnancy Support Bands, and Post Partum Support Bands)
  • After completing the Eligibility Form (1 minute of your time). A Solarus representative will either call or text you to verify information.
  • Solarus then handles paperwork with your physician. The equipment will be mailed directly to your home.
  • We also provide education and training as part of our service to ensure the optimal use of the Breast Pump.

What insurances do we accept?

What information do you need to process payment for the equipment through insurance?
Patient name, date of birth, type of insurance, insurance identification number, doctor’s name, clinic and phone number.
I do not have insurance, what information do you need?
Patient name, date of birth, doctor’s name, clinic name and phone number.
How will I receive my equipment?
It will either be delivered or mailed to your home. It can also be picked up at the Solarus office.
How soon will I receive my equipment?
As soon as the insurance is confirmed for coverage or payment is received, the equipment will be mailed or delivered. It will also be available immediately for pickup at the Solarus office.
How will I know if my insurance will cover the cost of the equipment?
Once the insurance is confirmed, a Solarus representative will reach out to you to coordinate delivery.
